These exhaust cut outs allow you to run your exhaust through the factory trailing arm crossmember. They come with all hardware and a template. Sold as a PAIR.
Notes:
Works with stock trailing arm crossmember.
Inside diameter of pass through is 3.5".
This is a quality product.
I did have to drill two additional holes in the center of the template. I used the holes for bolts and nuts to hold the center in place when drilling out the center hole.
I ended up using a 4 1/4 hole saw that I purchased from Harbor Fright
No problems with the extra bolts in the middle holding the center together when drilling.
These cut outs are really nicely made. The welds are a stack of dimes!
Worked great, pretty easy install. Took a few hours because I bought a bi-metal hole saw instead of a carbide, had to make another trip to Home Depot. If you’re using a hole saw, the carbide cut through pretty quickly, just keep your drill level and go slow so you don’t pin your hand between the drill and frame.
